The NV Brut Rosé (79% Pinot Noir including 8.5% of red wine plus 21% Chardonnay) has a pale rosé color and opens with a very delicate and precise bouquet of raspberries, wild strawberries and cherries. This is a lithe, pure, fresh and elegant Rosé Champagne with a good structure and perfect dosage. Excellent quality. Tasted in November from lot LR117D28616 that is based on the 2013 vintage and includes 15% vin de réserve. The cuvée aged 30 months on lees and was disgorged on 13 October 2016. Dosage: 9.5 grams per liter.
