Chateau de Sales video
Women have passed on the château de Sales from generation to generation. It has more than five centuries' of history and is an exception in many respects. Located in the prestigious Pomerol appellation, the property imposes itself through its majestic 17th century architecture and stands out because of its size: with 90 hectares, of which 47.5 are planted with vines, de Sales is the largest property in Pomerol: an unusual fact to differentiate it in an appellation where normally, the average plot size is around seven hectares.
